- Scope of Services
This agreement covers routine maintenance, system inspections, diagnostics, repair services, and optional monitoring of the Customer’s residential solar energy system located at the service address listed on the service contract.
- Service Inclusions
Depending on the plan selected, services may include:
- 5 % Service discount
- Inverter and wiring diagnostics
- Real-time monitoring (if subscribed)
- Warranty support and claims assistance
- Priority repair scheduling
- Service Limitations
This agreement does not cover:
- Damage from natural disasters, misuse, or unauthorized modifications
- Third-party product failures outside warranty
- Roof repairs or structural work unrelated to the solar system
- Replacement of parts not under warranty unless separately agreed upon
Non-covered service can be contracted via estimate and invoice as agreed by parties.
- Access to Property
Customer agrees to provide the Company or its representatives reasonable access to the solar equipment for the purpose of performing inspections, diagnostics, and repairs during scheduled service visits.
- Warranty Support
If a component fails under manufacturer warranty, the Company will assist in filing a claim and coordinate replacement or repair. Labor costs may still apply unless explicitly covered by the manufacturer or selected service plan.
- Fees and Payments
The Customer agrees to pay the service fees as specified in the contract. Late payments may result in suspension of service. Plans are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Term and Termination
This agreement shall remain in effect for [1 year/until terminated], beginning on the Effective Date. Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days’ written notice. No refunds will be issued for unused time in the current billing cycle unless otherwise agreed.
- Cancellation of Subscription Services
Customers may cancel monitoring or ongoing service plans at any time by providing written notice. Services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
- Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the total fees paid by the Customer in the past 12 months.
- Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved via arbitration in accordance with the rules of the State Arbitration Association. This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of NY.
- Entire Agreement
This document represents the entire agreement between the Customer and Company regarding the scope of solar services and supersedes any prior agreements or representations.
